Smile Business Products has been in business for 18 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Smile Business Products provides office technology from world class manufacturers including Sharp and Lexmark copiers and printers; HP and Dell hardware(computers/servers); Panasonic scanners and fax machines; Samsung phone systems.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Smile's CEO previously worked for a large dealership and decided to start his own company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Smile Business Products strives to provide a superior service to our customers. We guarantee a two hour response time on equipment that is down(not working. In addition Smile provides a online Helpdesk that allows our engineers to virtually sit at your computer and repair the issue.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Smile has four locations encompassing 26 counties. Our corporate office is located in Sacramento; our Lathrop Branch services the East Bay and Central Valley; our Petaluma Branch services the North Bay and our Sparks, NV Branch services Carson/Reno area.
