How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My experience in this business started in the service and installation portion of this business for Culligan, Hague, Kinetico, etc. I then started my own business to offer a more comprehensive service to customers who purchase water treatment systems. I found most companies who sold the product didn't really have the expertise in the service and repair end of this business. I offer 26 years of expertise and knowledge to avoid costly repairs for the life of your system.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a family owned business and have been operating for 26 years. We are certified contractors, licensed, insured and bonded. We have a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently our office is located in Elk Grove, CA. We are planning in the near future to expand with another office in Oregon.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My wife, Brenda Grannis runs our daily operation and can assist in Technical Support, Sales, Appointments. She is very knowledgeable in water filtration and contaminant removal. Her expertise includes training on system operations and contaminant removal application in the field.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday 8:00 to 7:00 p.m. We are closed on Sunday. We do offer In-Home Sale appointments in the evenings and on weekends.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The most unexpected compliment is receiving thank you gifts from our customers consisting of delivery of flowers with a special thank you note for the service they received. Many of us customers give us fresh fruit and vegetables from their gardens. We treat our customers like family and the way we would want to be treated.
